CARING + SUPPORT
As we journey together, there will be highs and lows. As much as we enjoy the celebrations, there will be during times of grief or loss where we need another's support. We also know God walks with us, not preventing challenges but promising we are loved and are never alone.
It's why, as it says in our mission, we believe it is critical that people know each other, belong to each other, and take strength in each other. ​Our hope as a church is to create new connections, fostering relationships throughout our church and neighborhood.

We invite you to ask for prayers or support here—for challenging times and for prayers of thanks. And to complete the circle, be part of the groups that provide support found under Gather + Serve.

Hospital visits
As hospitals no longer notify us when our members are admitted to the hospital, please contact us so that we may support you with prayer and presence. Or, if you would like a Pastor or lay person to visit while you are hospitalized or at home, please contact the church office at 952-545-5623.
Support groups
During challenging times, the care, concern, and support of others is vital. Don't hesitate to ask by calling our main office at 952-545-5623 or contacting Sara Moran, Director of Congregational Care at 952-767-5568 or via email.

We invite you to start a support group if you see a need that is not being met within the church. Please contact Sara for more details.
Widows Support Group
Join in fellowship and support with those who have lost a spouse. We will meet every 3rd Wednesday of the month from 1-2 PM.
